MAYFIELD STUDIO
Check out this unique space that we custom designed for our clients in Mayfield.
They were seeking a creative space to entertain guests, use as a home office and also for friends and family to stay. This project has been quite different to what we have done before, and we love the quirkiness of the final product. Especially the loft!

GLENDALE PROJECT
This custom designed granny flat project in Smiths Lake was inspired on our Medinah 2 Design. It features a stunning layout with an open plan kitchen, living & outdoor entertaining area as well as two large bedrooms, spacious bathroom and separate laundry.

JESMOND PROJECT
This incredible coastal inspired design was built for investment purposes as it is situated close to Newcastle's University.
It features 2 bedrooms with built in robes, 2 bathrooms, hidden laundry, open plan living, dining & kitchen.
Each bedroom also features it's own air conditioning and was designed to host two separate tenants.

Our Kingston 2 Scandinavian Design Granny Flat features 2 bedrooms with ample storage, spacious bathroom, neat laundry and a stunning open plan kitchen, living and dining area that features stacking sliding doors and leads you to the exceptional outdoor entertaining area.

This custom designed granny flat project in Kotara was designed and built to suit the client's sloping site, style & taste. It features a massive 40m2 entertaining deck, 2 bedrooms, open plan kitchen, living & dining and a bathroom/laundry.
